Powerful team with different expertise
Luxury Home Renovation has a professional team, every member of which is a senior renovation management expert. Each project is headed by a project manager capable of managing and executing multiple tasks simultaneously, including roof repairs, roof leakage repair, and roof waterproofing.
In this senior team, every member has their own expertise and performs their specific duties professionally. In particular, we have established a set of SOP (standard operating procedure) in project management to ensure that each project, including renovation work, roof repairs, roof leakage repair, and roof waterproofing, is carried out according to schedule.
PROJECT WARRANTY
We give customers
adequate & right warranty
All the renovation projects we undertake are given a fair and reasonable warranty, which can be divided into two types—one is the building materials warranty, usually provided by the manufacturers; the other is the work quality warranty. For instance, for roof repairs, roof leakage repair, and waterproofing maintenance, there is a 1-year warranty whereby free repairs will be done if there are problems (materials included).
In the field of renovation, warranty is a complex and controversial issue, and individual circumstances, rather than generalization, are the rule of the day. In short, a fair and reasonable warranty is given to protect the rights and interests of customers. As for the content of the warranty, it depends on actual situations.
